I am not satisfied with AT&T wireless services! I had signed a one-year contract with them last year and this coming year, I must switch provider rather than putting up with their mediocre services. There are so many locations in AZ with downhill slope and I got 'NO SERVICE'. IT IS SUCKS!!!

I've had AT&T for 4 years. Reception is poor in some areas like I can not make or receive phone calls at my house or within two blocks. I recently tried to upgrade. It was a terrible experience. Customer service is dismal. Very long waits (up to 2 hours) and then problems don't get solved. Switched to Verizon and all the problems went away.

I have suffered with AT&T's GSM service for a year. It has gone from bad...to worse! My connection gets cut by cb-radios on an all digital network. How can this be? Why can't this technology be as successful as it is in Europe? I would stay if it was half that good. GSM in the US is simply pathetic! I am switching to CDMA. I don't need all of those (expensive) GPRS features anyway. I could care less about ring-tones and games. I just want to make a call -period!

I have been with 3 service carriers, and AT&T is by far the worst! Not too long ago, I upgraded my phone, and the first day I got it, it wouldn't work. I talked to the AT&T people and they were working on it, but days went by and nothing. A week later, they call me and tell me that the phone that I had bought would not work in my area. I paid $350 for that phone, and it took them a week to figure out that I couldn't even use it. They are a horrible company, and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I have also been with Verizon and Cingular, and they are great companies. Whatever you do, don't sign up with AT&T!!!

AT&T IS SO BAD IN THE CHICAGO METRO ARE THAT I FEEL IT NECESSARY TO USE ALL CAPS!!! HA HA. BUT SERIOUSLY THEY ARE BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST WIRELESS CARRIER. MY BILL IS WRONG 3 OUT OF 5 MONTHS AND THAT REQUIRES ATLEAST AN HOUR ON THE PHONE TO CORRECT. ALSO THE G3 SERVICE IS TERRIBLE UNLESS YOU ARE SITTING ON TOP OF ONE OF THE TOWERS, OTHERWISE YOU CAN COUNT ON A DROPPED CALL AT THE LEAST BUT IF YOU ARE INSIDE ANY STRUCTURE BESIDES A BACKYARD SHED, YOU CAN COUNT ON NOT GETTING A SIGNAL!!!!! BUT IN ALL FAIRNESS, THE OLD TDMA SERVICE WAS FAR SUPERIOR TO ANY OTHER PROVIDER IN THIS AREA, BUT IF I WANT TO SWITH BACK,(WHICH I DO) THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PHONE TO GO BACK TO THE OLD SERVICE!!!! SO THE NEW G3 SERVICE THAT I HAD TO PAY $200 FOR THE PHONE IS USELESS AND NOW IF I WANT TO SWITCH BACK TO THE MORE RELIABLE TDMA SERVICE I NOW MUST PAY AN ADITIONAL $200 FOR NEW PHONES FOR MY WIFE AND MYSELF BECAUSE THEY TELL ME THAT OUR OLD TDMA PHONES ARE OBSOLETE!!! SO BEWARE OF AT&T, THEY SUCK AND SO DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ATENDANTS!!!

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! AT&T wireless was once a good company but has become by far the worst carrier in existence. They condone fraudulent practices by their independant 'Authorized Dealers' and provde no remedy when an outright Rip Off has transpired. They employ customer service representatives who misead, lie outright and become abusive when challenged. In review of other reviews it is apparent that AT&T by far outweighs all other wireless providers in negative feedback and is currently under investigation by the FCC.

STAY AWAY!!! TDMA service is unbeatable,GSM is IMO the worst there is. Have had to correct my bill every month since I signed up for them overcharging me,watch your statements they are sneaky,as well taxes are higher then any other provider. One example of horrible customer service is that I called them one night to have them fix my bill,the girl was rude and hung up on me,I was furious then and called back,well the girl put a password on my account so I couldn't access it,and had to go in a retailer to have it unlocked. Apparently their GSM network does not track who views your account so they said there was nothing they could do about it to find her. Stay away! Stay far away! They have the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Love the phone, but the AT&T service SUCKS. Dropped me 5 times in 20 miles (never on verizon). Cust svc? called them 5 times to get the GPRS working- each time was

Love the phone, but the AT&T service SUCKS. Dropped me 5 times in 20 miles (never on verizon). Cust svc? called them 5 times to get the GPRS working- each time was AT LEAST a 45 minute wait. Every time I call verizon cust svc, they answer within 1 minute. EVERY TIME. Quite sad when you think about it really. Just ordered a new Audiovox from Verizon. There's something to be said about network quality AND customer service quality. The cool factor will get there with Verizon - someday.
