Motorola Moto G (GSM, 3rd gen.) Reviews

Moto "G"
Rating:

This is my 3rd phone from Virgin Mobile; Volt, S3 and now "G"..

I keep sticking with Virgin for their low monthly plans but the signal strength kept bumming me out so i upgraded to a quad core to some how ease the problem.

So far not bad at all. i didn't like the google search monopolizing the screen but quickly downloaded the apex launcher and fixed that problem, sometimes a little too bright but clicked the optimizer and wallah, fixed that problem as well.

Considered getting the S5 since i had the S3 but the sticker price scared me away more than once and am not kicking my self in the ass because of doing so.

PRO;
Battery life (13 to 15 hours with brightness up) but am not a big web browser guy during the day.
5" Screen
1.4 Quad core
Web browsing SPEED is pretty fast
Great Flashlight "TORCH" just shake for ON
Great for texting on landscape mode
Great signal strength for virgin
Only 2 side button which i love, no accidental
best selfie ever and it shows my grays really good
slow motion video, didn't try it yet but a plus

CON;
NO UAG case or No CASES
calendar task only, no month layout
Word prediction and settings a little lame
I could be wrong but No web browser only google
that goes straight to virgin mobile, some may not like this.

Overall way better than the S3 and i paid 300 buck for that so this is GREAT!!!!
